Peguis Gaming has had the privilege of supporting our community through the revenue generated from the VLT operations. Over the past years, we have provided generous support to programs such as:
- Recreation – Multiplex, recreation programming and youth movement
- Sports – Minor Hockey, Junior B, hockey, baseball, golf, soccer, gymnastics
- Achievements – Recognition
- Community services – Funerals, food bank, circle of care
- Community events – Treaty Days, Elder’s Party, New Year’s Celebration
- Traditional & Religious – Local churches and ceremonies
- Arts & Music – Dance, square dance, camps
- Health & Healing – Bereavement, addictions workshop, programs
With the recent closure of the VLT’s due to Covid 19, there has been a significant decrease in revenues. Peguis Gaming cannot provide financial support at this time as funding is limited to operations. We are encouraging applicants to do alternative fundraising for their teams/events. Once we resume operations, we can review requests for sponsorships and donations.
