Peguis Chief and Council and our pandemic planning team, working with Fisher River Cree Nation Chief and Council and Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation, are providing 1 – 5kg box of fish for each member.
“This is a great initiative, given the opportunity to provide food sovereignty through providing fish for our members during this pandemic is a blessing. Leadership wants to acknowledge Fisher River Cree Nation leadership and neighbours for this initiative.” said Chief Glenn Hudson. “This is a great day for Peguis First Nation and our members to receive this gift of fish.”
