ATTENTION Peguis First Nation Members – Naawi-Oodena Joint Reserve Land Code Community Approval Information Sessions:
Treaty One is hosting Community Information Sessions for Peguis First Nation Band Members to discuss the Treaty One Joint Reserve Land Code community approval process for the Naawi-Oodena Urban Economic Development Zone on the former Kapyong Barracks lands in Winnipeg, MB.
The Treaty One Land Code will apply ONLY to Naawi-Oodena and future Treaty One Joint Reserve Lands. A successful vote means that the seven Treaty One Nations may govern and manage the jointly held lands, together, as one collective government.
